Currently the price per night is $125 for two guests. (no additional fees) For each additional guest there will be a $25 per night fee added for up to 4 people maximum.

For a one week stay we offer one night free.

Stays longer than a week we usually allow for a larger discount.

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure a reservation to be paid through paypal. The balance of the bill is to be paid upon arrival either in cash or paypal.

Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM but some exceptions can be made. Check-out is at 11:00 AM but guests can leave their bags for the day and pick them up before they leave for the airport.

Cancellation policy

If for some reason you need to cancel, the deposit will only be returned if we can book guests for the same time.
